On June 20th, 2008, 42 meditators heading up to Pingree Park, which is near Rocky Mountain National Park, for a weekend retreat. The focus of the retreat was on developing the good heart of a Bodhisattva and engaging in the six perfections, which are the actual path to enlightenment. The entire retreat was pervaded by a quiet peace. There wasn't a lot of loud laughter or excitement, but everyone seemed to be looking inward and trying to maintain the altruistic states of mind we were cultivating in meditation. Everyone had a peaceful and powerful weekend. We enjoyed the beautiful environment, while also enjoying the Bodhisattva's Way of Life.
May everyone have the opportunity to enter into, progress along and complete the Bodhisattva's path.
Join us next year in June for our meditation retreat at Pingree Park on tranquil abiding.
