Weekly meditation classes
These
classes are suitable for everyone regardless
of background or previous experience.
Each class consists of guided meditation, instruction, and discussion followed by refreshments and lasts approximately an hour and a half.
You can choose either to sit on a chair or a cushion.
Classes are self-contained so you can attend any you choose. However you may receive more benefit from attending a whole course and so gain a full understanding of the subject.
