Study Eight Steps to Happiness on Foundation Program. The second section of the book begins on Monday Nov. 17th at 7pm.
Study this inspiring book which explains how to meditate on eight beautiful verses that comprise one of Buddhism's best-loved teachings, Eight Verses for Training the Mind. Composed by the great Tibetan Bodhisattva, Geshe Langri Tangpa, this short poem shows how we can tranform all life's difficulties into valuable spiritual insights.
In these classes, Gen Kelsang Losel, will give commentary to the profound and beautiful instructions in this book.
There are two classes a week:
Sunday & Monday 7pm~9pm (you must attend both). Each class
includes preparatory practices, guided meditations, teachings, commentary
and discussion.
Monthly Fee (spread throughout the year): $50
(includes General Program classes)
