Meditation Classes in Golden

Tuesdays 7-8:30pm

These are drop-in informal meditation classes. Everyone is welcome!

Venue: Lakeview Wellness Center, Denver West Office Park, Building 5
1546 Cole Boulevard, Suite 270, Golden (map and directions)

Please park near the side entrance to the building, not the main entrance. The main entrance will be locked at 6pm, but the side entrance will be kept open until 7:15pm

Cost: $10 per class (refreshments served). No preregistration is required.

Characterized throughout by optimism, they show with extraordinary clarity how we can transform an ordinary human life into a blissful spiritual path. This transformation is entirely internal. No external changes are required. We continue living in our homes, maintaining our relationships and our jobs while inwardly changing our view, intention, and actions.
