Learning to Love Others
A two-part meditation course with Buddhist monk Kelsang Rinzin
Friday October 3rd and Saturday October 4th
Although each of us view ourself as an island or an independent self-sufficient entity, this view bears no relation to reality. We are all interconnected in the vast web of life. Everything we have and enjoy comes from others. In this course, we'll look at the kindness of others. Focusing on the kindness of others causes us to develop a warm and loving mind, which is a tremendous source of happiness for ourself and all those around us.
Registration will occur at the event.
Cost: $15 for Friday, $15 for Saturday, or $20 for both Friday and Saturday (must pay before class on Friday night to receive special rate!)

Friday, October 3 - Part 1
6:00 - 6:30pm registration
6:30 - 8pm teaching and meditation

Saturday, October 4 - Part 2
9:00 - 9:30am refreshments and registration
9:30 - 11am teaching and meditation
